In order to get the most from your Webinar experience with us, we have provided a few computer system guidelines to help you effectively download the programs (to keep with industry standards and a proven support network, we suggest that you use the Quicktime or iTunes formats).

* Please note that Apple is a cross-platform company so these instructions will apply whether you have a Mac or PC.

QuickTime Download: http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download

Windows Minimum Requirements
    * A PC running Windows XP (Service Pack 2 or later), Windows Vista or Windows 7
    * 233-MHz Pentium-class processor or better
    * At least 128MB of RAM

If you should experience download issues, please contact your local internet service provider, or one of the following entities:

Hi, Joan.
So sorry you’re having challenges. If you’ve received the email message with the AT&T information, then you are registered for the event. The link to the event is near the bottom of the message and will connect you directly with the AT&T webinar. There is no login information required – just your name.
On Thursday, a detailed message about the PowerUp! series was sent to all registered participants. It includes a variety of helpful information about this series. On Monday, you will be receiving a link to Tuesday’s online workshop.

Webinar

I tried to register for the first webinar for the Twelve Powers and was unable to do so. I called the AT&T number but was there was no one available to help. I found no login information. I had m;y computer on first but found no other direction. I just kept getting the page to register for the Webinar which I thought I had already done several days prior. How should this work? Thank you. Joan DeGregorio
