Logos for Unity Churches

Unity is currently in the process of launching our Unity Identity Project also known as branding. Based on extensive research, this comprehensive approach includes a unified logo for our movement. Learn about how you can participate in this project.

If you are looking for a way to include our older Association logo into your printed pieces such as stationery, signs or brochures, we have it here for you to download.

An EPS image is much clearer than jpgs. You can also resize them without losing quality. They are usually preferred by professional printers for this kind of artwork. If you are having a designer create your stationery, etc., they will be able to change the color to whatever you'd like. You can also change the color of an EPS when placing it in a Microsoft Word document (instructions below). However, Microsoft Word 97 and earlier versions aren't able to read EPS files, so you'll need to download the jpg. Please note that you may not be able to "open" the EPS logo. You will have to save it to your computer then "place" or "insert" it into an existing document.

Using These Files in Word
First, save the attached EPS file to your computer. Then open a new or existing Word document. Go to Insert, Picture, From File. Find the file and click Insert. (If you have Word 97 or earlier, you'll get a message saying that you can't insert an EPS—in this case, use the jpg.)

To make it easy to move around, you may also want to right click it, choose "Format Picture," click on the Layout tab at the top and then click on the picture above "In Front of Text." Click OK and you should be able to move the logo around as you like.

Changing the Color in Word
If you have Word for Windows XP, you can also change the color of the logo by right-clicking the logo and choosing "Edit Picture." Then select the individual pieces of the seagull and circle by holding down shift as you click on each. Choose "Format" at the top of your screen, then "Borders and Shading" and from there you can select the fill and line colors. Note that the circle is in two pieces.
