Rev. Jim Lee
Rev. Jim is the Senior Minister of Renaissance Unity, which has 1,000 plus membership. Jim is an inspirational speaker and teacher with an in-depth knowledge of Bible metaphysics.
Prior to entering the ministry, Jim was a successful Corporate Marketing Instructor and National Marketing Representative with IBM Corporation. During this time, he was very involved in community programs. He was the Executive Director of Youth at Risk, which focused on transforming the lives of inner city youth.
He attended Unity School for Religious Studies, where he completed the Ministerial Education Program in 1994, and now serves as Chair of the Board of Trustees for Unity Worldwide Ministries.

Rev. Michael Moran and The Soul Light Connection
Michael Moran has served as a Unity minister for over 25 years. As a ministerial student at Unity School he proposed and developed the Radio Media Department for the Association of Unity Churches. After his late wife Faith graduated from Unity Seminary in 1988 they served as a ministry team in churches in Kansas City, KS. Tacoma, WA. and Portland, OR. Michael and Faith were Co Directors of the Retreat Department at Unity Village before founding Spiritual Life Center, Sacramento, CA in 1998. Spiritual Life Center is a Unity ministry that has been nationally recognized as a leader in interfaith peace making efforts. The Moran's were awarded the Building Unity Award in 2004 by the Interfaith Service Bureau. Michael and Faith received the Charles and Myrtle Fillmore Awards in 2007 and the Voice of Unity Award for their radio program Vision For A Better World in 1992.
Michael will be presenting an inspirational worship service accompanied by his music team, The Soul Light Connection Team, at the prayer breakfast on the Detroit Princess Riverboat.

Beena Sharma & Cindy Wigglesworth
Beena Sharma brings significant international experience in facilitating leadership and organizational development training. She co- designs, implements and anchors large scale organizational change efforts, and is currently the head of Development and Training at Magellan, a major health organization. Beena is certified at the Mastery Level in Polarity Management and partners with Dr. Barry Johnson, of Polareity Management Associates, in working deeply with the subject of Leadership and organizational polarities and paradox.
Workshop participants admire her boundless energy, clarity, and deep, caring attention.
Cindy Wigglesworth has a BA and MA from Duke University. She has 20 years of experience in human resources management with ExxonMobil. She founded her business, now called Deep Change, in 2000. Cindy is certified in Emotional Intelligence and has created, validated and researched the first skills-based Spiritual Intelligence Assessment instrument for business and personal use. This instrument is both faith-neutral and faith-friendly. It allows business people to talk about Spiritual Intelligence skills and how to develop them without using the language of religion – while still making the connection to beliefs and practices that are of deep personal importance for each person.
Cindy is a powerful professional speaker—speaking with unusual clarity and humor about the importance of operating from our Higher Self in the workplace and in everyday life. She has spoken at numerous conferences and has appeared on Oprah, Houston PBS and numerous radio programs.
Cindy Wigglesworth will summarize for us the key points from her 2009 keynote on Tier 2 leadership, and from Barry Johnson's 2011 keynote on Polarity Management. Beena Sharma will build on Barry's Johnson's contributions, and integrate the adult development perspective. This will move us towards a deeper understanding of our personal and collective unfolding development. Cindy and Beena will then take us deep into what it means to gain maturity through holding polarities inside of ourselves, our ministries, and inside our movement. As Unity seeks to fully embody a progressive form of Christian spirituality - we will be stretched to feel the complexity, and then find the elegant simplicity of Christ Consciousness in the flow of what is trying to emerge.

It has been said that his music feeds the soul, but KEM's journey is equally, if not more, inspirational. R & B Singer/Songwriter/Producer KEM's love of music began as a child. Music saw him through the darkest moments in his life, took him to the top of the industry's record charts, and earned him a record deal with Universal Motown Records.
A self-taught musician, KEM was born in Nashville and raised in Detroit, the birthplace of Motown. Several years after high school, his life took a downward turn, and he eventually found himself in and out of drug rehab and shelters. He dove into his music during those times and he remembers, “They would have to kick me off the piano every night in one shelter.” Determined to clean up his act, KEM independently released his first CD, KEMISTRY. “I want to be a vehicle to let people know that they can have anything they want,” his faith is a testament that you can achieve your dreams.
Today KEM takes the opportunity to minister through his music, sharing his life's journey in concert.
